Life

So I realise I haven't posted anything on here in ages. I've just not really had the time, I've actually gone outside of my house and done stuff. I haven't been keeping up with my tweets either... Lots has happened since I last posted something, but since I'm at school (in a Latin lesson) I can't see my blog, so I don't know what the last thing I posted was, so I'm just going to tell you pretty much everything that's happened since christmas, which is a lot.

I'm going to start with a possibly contravercial subject, which is One Direction, and that fact that I'm a directioner. The funny thing I've discovered is that, I live in Italy, and they don't play 1D on the radio, but everyone knows them, even though they came THIRD in The X Factor. Rebecca Fergouson who came SECOND has only just been noticed in Italy (with her song Glitter and Gold), after two years. Matt Cardle, the WINNER of The X Factor, is not known in Italy at all. What I find interesting is One Direction came THIRD, and they are famous WORLDWIDE.
Another thing about One Direction is the fact they've sort of taken over from Justin Bieber with the whole Teen girl crush thing. Instead of people having 'Bieber Fever' they now have 'One Direction Infection,' which as my mum said, doesn't sound very nice (my friends and I have opted for 'One Direction Erection'). People have seemed to have almost forgotten (not completely) about Justin Bieber, and how 'amazing he is,' as you can probably tell, I'm not a fan. People aren't Belibers (or however they spell it), they are Directioners, which if I must say so myself is way awesomer.

Second, on a more personal note, I have a crush on a fellow ginger at my school. Sadly, as is the case when you go to an International school, he is leaving to move back to England in 20 days... But at least I know he does actually like me, he just 'doesn't see the point' in us going out as he is leaving. He keeps on texting me what I think are cute, cheesey and incredibley crap pick up lines (for example: 'I think I need to check your pockets' 'Why?' 'Because I think you stole my heart,' or 'Are you a magnet?' 'No, why?' 'Because I'm attracted to you').

I've just realised I probably won't be able to finish this post with everything I want to include in it, as my lesson finishes in ten minutes and my teacher will most likely let us out early. He's like that, he pretty much always lets us out early, not because my class is good, to get rid of us. I'm the only girl in a class of 9, the rest of my peers are immature year nine boys. My Latin teacher is a erally nice and lovely old man, Mr. Potts. He's really funny and lets the other people in the class get away with murder. It sounds like we don't really do much, but we actually do quite a lot of work (why I actually CHOSE to study Latin for three years, then continue at GCSE next year is beyond me). We have about one lesson a term where we do nothing but just talk, about anything. My lesson now finishes in five minutes, god I'm a kind of slow typer.

Something quick I can just add at the end of this post is that I have a new kitten (thats now two cats, two dogs, two guinea pigs, three pigs and 5 chickens I have). She is a stray from the local national park. She has those really amazing green eyes, and is a brown tabby with marmalade spots. I named her Alaska, after Alaska (Can't remember the surname) from the book by John Green, 'Looking For Alaska.'

John Green, brother of Hank Green (known together as 'The Vlog Brothers,' famous on YouTube for their project Brotherhood 3.0), is a truly amazing author. I'll recomend some books in another post.
